Gimme S'more Please!

Here is the culmination of my vision of  s'mores, made entirely from scratch, sans chocolate as per the directions of the S'mores From Scratch Challenge.  I toasted the cajeta marshmallows with a torch and the heat from the melting marshmallows in turn melted the Dagoba 59% chocolate.  I split this puppy for my kids last night before bed.  Why, you ask?  Because, I am a glutton for punishment and a pushover when it comes to my kids.  I'm in the kitchen shooting the picture above and my kids are just out of the shot, swooning in anticipation.  "Do we each get one?" they stammer.  Good thing I'm not legally insane.  Please stay tuned for my cajeta marshmallow recipe.
