
In February I'm catering for a non-profit function and above is the menu I've decided on. I think it's upscale enough and at $25.00/head, it should be a good value as well. I'm terribly excited and have already lined up my sous chefs and appetizer servers. I've also started soliciting my fellow food industry friends and acquaintances for donations of high quality ingredients for the cause. It will be a challenge as I have a limited budget of $1,200.00 for food but I am not responsible for drinks and with the donations I'm expecting to receive I should be able to put out a very nice spread. Woot!!!
